Sometimes this can be the most difficult part of the process. In our first meeting we go through Q&A session about your goals for your home. Size, Budget, Lot, Exterior Style, and what on the interior is your personal list of things that are critical to making a house a home.

3D Modeling & Rendering

Every house we design we also design in 3D so you can have the experience of walking through every room in the house, as well as designing the exterior form and approximate materials.

Floor plan Layout

After discovery, we go through the process of how all of the different rooms interact with each other. What rooms outside of the norm are important to you. How big is too big? How small is too small? We’ll guide you through a process of layout out the house to fit your need exactly.
